California law and the Ethics Standards for Neutral Arbitrators in Contractual Arbitration require these disclosures in consumer arbitrations.

Item one provides information about the OIA's contractual relationships with parties and the neutral arbitrators on the OIA panel.  It responds to Standard 8 (b) (1) and 8 (c) of the Ethics Standards.

Item two provides the demographic data relative to ethnicity, race, disability, veteran status, gender identity, and sexual orientation of all OIA arbitrators as self-reported by the arbitrators.  It complies with Section 1281.98 (a) (12) of the California Civil Code of Procedure.
