The first four reports were prepared by the Law Offices of Sharon Lybeck Hartmann, during the time that it served as the OIA. Blue Ribbon Panel Recommendations The OIA was created in response to a recommendation by a Blue Ribbon Panel. The Law Offices of Sharon Lybeck Hartmann served as the OIA from its inception until March 28, 2003. Sharon Oxborough has served as the Independent Administrator since then. A full copy of the BRP report is available from the OIA or can be downloaded here. This document, Status of Recommendations, lists all of the recommendations the BRP made and the status of each. |
